Title: Second Reading Ordinance - Accepting and appropriating State funds for the Tuberculosis Prevention and Control-State grant (1st Reading 10/13/15) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents necessary to accept and amend a grant contract for the Tuberculosis Prevention and Control-State (TB/PC-STATE) grant in the amount of $61,645, from the Texas Department of State Health Services in the No. 1066 Health Grants Fund with a City match of $12,329, to provide tuberculosis prevention and control services for the contract period September 1, 2015, through August 31, 2016; authorizing the transfer of $12,329, from the No. 1020 General Fund to the No. 1066 Health Grants Fund, appropriating the same for a total project cost of $73,974; and ratifying acceptance of the grant agreement to begin September 1, 2015.
