Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the municipal solid waste system service charge, Section 21-47 et seq. of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances, state, federal, and local regulation of solid waste disposal and transportation, and federal and state constitutional provisions related to flow control, land development, and municipal charges and fees.
