Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the Contract among the United States of America, City of Corpus Christi, Texas and the Nueces River Authority for Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of the Nueces River Reclamation Project, Texas, the Bureau of Land Management, Choke Canyon Reservoir, oil and gas royalties produced from properties at or near Choke Canyon Reservoir and the disposition of funds related to the aforesaid matter(s).
