Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning litigation including, but not limited to, the cases of Amando Figueroa v. City of Corpus Christi, including potential consideration of settlement offers and/or fees for attorneys, engineers, and other expert witnesses assisting in defense of action(s) and updates on litigation in other cases.
