Ordinance amending City Code Chapter 55, Article XI, Commercial and Industrial Waste Disposal and Pretreatment, to comply with requirements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Pretreatment Program for Industrial User Discharges to the Wastewater System by adding required definitions for best management practices, daily and monthly limits, process wastewater; amending sampling collection requirements, and providing for compliance orders; and providing for civil penalties up to $1,000 per day and criminal penalties up to $2,000 per day for violations of the ordinance.
