Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the appointment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, or discipline of Port Commissioner Rajan Ahuja, Port Commissioner Gabe Guerra, and Port Commissioner David Engel, each of whom are appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas and Texas Government Code § 551.074 (personnel matters) to deliberate the appointment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, or discipline of a public officer or employee (Port Commissioner Rajan Ahuja, Port Commissioner Gabe Guerra, and Port Commissioner David Engel).
