Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to Articles II (including Sections 16, 17, and 18), III, and IV of the Corpus Christi City Charter; Texas Local Gov’t Code § 102.001, et. seq.; Corpus Christi City Code § 2-51, et seq., 16-1, et. seq., Texas Gov’t Code § 418.108, et seq., legal authority for response to emergencies and operation of emergency shelters, other provisions of the City Code and/or City Charter, and other legal matters related to the administration of emergency responses and shelters.
