Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to potential contracts for purchase of water, risks, costs, and regulations regarding the integration, use, reuse, delivery, and transfer of water, including, but not limited to, regulations of the TCEQ, EPA, PUC, and other state and government entities, and other legal matters related to the provision of water or industrial districts.
