Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the lease and/or value of real property where deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person, including, but not limited to, existing or proposed lease agreements with Signature Flight Support Corporation, Atlantic Aviation FBO Holdings, LLC, and Mercury Air Center - Corpus Christi, Inc. for property at the Corpus Christi International Airport.
