Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning the acquisition and negotiation of property rights adjacent or near the Laguna Madre, Hustlin' Hornet Drive, Redhead Pond, Debra Lane, and/or Beasley Road and Texas Government Code § 551.072 to discuss and deliberate the potential purchase, exchange, lease, and/or value of real property rights in the aforesaid area(s) where deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.
