Winnie and Liza Winnie, acting on behalf of Grace Bible Church of Corpus Christi, Texas ("Owner"), by changing the UDC Zoning Map in reference to Corpus Christi Retirement Residence Addition, Block 1, Lot 2, from the "RS-TF" Two-Family District to the "ON" Office District; amending the Comprehensive Plan to account for any deviations; providing a repealer clause; providing for penalties; and providing for publication.
