Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to rules and regulations of State of Texas, EPA, TCEQ, and legal rights, property rights, and/or contracts related to groundwater wells, groundwater conservation districts, the Corpus Christi Aquifer Storage and Recovery Conservation District, and other groundwater conservation districts, proposals related to said districts, and applications to said districts.
