Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the ON Stevens Water Treatment Plant Basins Improvement Project, Texas Local Government Code Chapter 252, Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, contracting provisions relating to responsiveness and responsibility of bidders, prior performance of bidders on the aforementioned project, prior litigation to which said bidders or related entities are a party, including, but not limited to MWH Constructors, Inc. vs. Tarrant Regional Water District, MWH Constructors Inc vs. Houston Area Water Corporation, City of Escondido vs. MWH Americas, Inc.
