Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to a potential Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Remote Magistration with the Texas Office of Court Administration and ordinances and statutes related to said activity and agreement, and other legal issues related to municipal court operations, magistrations, and other activities involving the administration of court cases.
