Motion authorizing subrecipient grant awards for $40,857.80 each to Mother Teresa Shelter, The Salvation Army, Timon’s Ministries, 911 Park Place dba Mission 911, and Esperanza De Tejas from the City of Corpus Christi’s State funded Homeless Housing and Services Program (HHSP) general set-aside allocation to provide services to individuals who are homeless, or at risk of being homeless for Fiscal Year 2027 and authorizing subrecipient grants for The Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse - Coastal Bend for $17,935.34 and awards to Esperanza De Tejas, and Timon’s Ministries for $17,935.33 each from the City of Corpus Christi’s State funded HHSP youth set-aside allocation to provide services to youth who are homeless for Fiscal Year 2027 contingent on receiving executed agreements from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and effective September 1, 2026 or the effective date of the State agreements, whichever is later.
