Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to sanitary sewer overflows and the City’s sanitary sewer system, water system, and/or drainage system and/or potential future litigation involving the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, State of Texas, and/or U.S. Department of Justice and the potential approval of attorney’s fees, expert fees, and expenses for negotiations and/or litigation with the aforesaid entities.
