Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning employment law related claims, City Charter provisions, potential discovery in personnel litigation, and other matters that impact the City position in ongoing or potential litigation, and pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.074 (Personnel Matters) to discuss the appointment, employment, and duties of, and complaints concerning, public officers or employees, including, but not limited to, members of the City Council.
