Ordinance amending Corpus Christi Code Chapter 5, Article II, to strengthen Short-Term Rental Regulations, including replacing annual short-term rental permits with annual licenses; applying the same standards to all short-term rentals regardless of owner occupancy; revising limits on the number and spacing of licenses on block faces; establishing application, priority, waiver, and inspection procedures; revising operating standards, advertising, enforcement, revocation, and appeal provisions; establishing fees; and providing for a penalty, severance, publication, and an effective date.
