Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues, legal obligations, potential claims, and available options concerning benefits for retired firefighters and their eligible dependents, including health insurance rate and premium changes, pursuant to the 2024-2028 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and the Corpus Christi Professional Fire Fighters Association, as requested by Mayor Paulette Guajardo.
