Title: Motion approving the purchase of one (1) Series III tractor/loader/backhoe from Nueces Power Equipment, of Corpus Christi, Texas for a total amount of $67,140.85.  The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement with the Houston-Galveston Area Council of Governments (H-GAC).  The equipment will be used by the Gas Department.  Funds are available in FY 2011-2012 Capital Outlay Budget of the Maintenance Service Fund.
