City of Corpus Christi et al.; Elevate QOF, LLC v. Peter Zanoni; City Ordinance Nos. 033350, 034001, & 034020; the agreement between the Corpus Christi B Corporation and Elevate QOF, LLC for the Homewood Suites by Hilton project; the Termination, Settlement and Release Agreement between the Corpus Christi B Corporation and Elevate QOF, LLC; any pending or contemplated litigation arising out of or relating to those agreements or ordinances; potential attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees, deposition costs, court costs, other litigation expenses, and funding for litigation.
