Motion authorizing execution of a one-year service agreement, with two one-year options, with SBS Maintenance and Cleaning, LLC, dba Star Building Services, of Houston, with an established workforce in Corpus Christi, in an amount not to exceed $106,704.00, with a potential total amount up to $320,112.00 if all options are exercised, for custodial services at the Main Police Station and Municipal Court, to be utilized by the Asset Management Department, with FY 2027 funding of $106,704.00 from the Facility & Property Management Fund (6 votes required).
