Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the downtown development reimbursement agreement involving Shoreline Hospitality, L.P., for the development at 311 South Shoreline Boulevard in the downtown area and a potential contract for audit services.
