("Owner"), by changing the UDC Zoning Map in reference to Lots 23, 24, 25, and 26, Block 42, Padre Island - Corpus Christi, Island Fairway Estates from the "CR- 2/IO" Resort Commercial District (Barrier Island Business) with an Island Overlay to the "RS-TH/IO/PUD" Townhouse District with an Island Overlay and a Planned Unit Development Overlay; amending the Comprehensive Plan to account for any deviations; and providing for a repealer clause, penalties, and publication.
