Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to matters involving desalination, regulatory matters involving the Texas Coalition on Environmental Quality and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, requirements of the Texas Public Information Act, and statutes and case law granting intellectual property rights related to the aforementioned items.
