Title: Motion approving the lease purchase of five (5) dump trucks from Rush Truck Centers of Texas LP, Houston, Texas for a total amount of $897,500.00 of which $65,085.77 is required for the remainder of FY 2011-2012. The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement with the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (TLGPC). All units are replacement to the fleet and will be used by the Wastewater Department. Financing for the lease purchase of the vehicles will be provided through the City's lease/purchase financing program.
