Title: Discussion and consideration of the process to fill a vacancy in the office of council member. Motion that the City Council accept applications for the vacant at-large city council positions (effective February 24, 2016), and require that all applications be filed in the Office of the City Secretary which shall include: 1. Application for Appointment to the City Council, 2. City’s Report of Financial Information, 3.
