Executive Session pursuant to Section Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to annexation, the provision of utility services in newly annexed areas, municipal authority in the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction, and wind farms, and other legal matters related to the annexation and provision of municipal services in areas annexed by the City in 2014.
