Title: Motion to approve amendments to the TIRZ #3 Downtown Development Reimbursement Agreements with C&P Monarch, LP (Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Express); 416 N Chaparral St, LLC (416 Flats); Avesta, LLC (701 N. Mesquite St. Parking Lot); Fosters Dynamic Design, LLC (Dram's Bourbon); Diocese of Corpus Christi (Corpus Christi Cathedral); YC Texas Hotel, LLC (Hotel Spark); Elevate QOF, LLC (Homewood Suites); Anaqua Oil & Gas, LLC (520 Starr Street); Coastal Cowboy Construction, LLC (Quad on Second); and Thirsty Corpus, LLC to amend Section 3 of each agreement to clarify reimbursement eligibility for completed improvements and provide for proportional reductions in reimbursement for improvements that are not completed or are materially reduced in scope. Effective upon signature by the City Manager or designee.
