Title: Motion approving the purchase of seven (7) Ford Fusions from Philpott Motors, of Nederland, Texas for a total amount of $131,721.73.  The award is based on the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the Texas Local Government Cooperative.  These units are replacements to the fleet and will be used by the Police Department.  Funds are available in FY 2011-2012 Capital Outlay Budget of the Maintenance Service Fund.
