Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to proposed improvements to the Park Road 22 canal and pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.087 to discuss confidential commercial or financial information pertaining to entities that the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand within the City limits along Park Road 22 and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations and to deliberate possible offers of financial or other incentives to said business prospect(s)
