Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to proposed desalination and wastewater reuse projects and pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.087 to discuss confidential commercial or financial information pertaining to entities that the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the City of Corpus Christi (including, but not limited to, Valero Energy and other industrial and commercial entities that could consume treated wastewater and desalinated water) and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations and to deliberate possible offers of incentives to said business prospect(s).
