Executive Session pursuant to Section Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to annexation, the provision of utility services, agreements related to the sale of water, and certificates of convenience and necessity in the City’s extraterritorial jurisdiction and interlocal agreements with other cities and/or districts.
