Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to possible development agreements or other funding mechanisms related to the construction of Park Road 22 and related infrastructure, including, but not limited to, bridges, culverts, canals, sewers, lift stations, pump stations, revetments, pilings, and ditches.
