Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to pending and potential employment law litigation against the City, the Health District, and/or the officers and employees of said entity(ies), including potential approval of settlement(s), authorization of employment of attorneys and experts, and other actions related to said litigation.
