Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to state and federal regulations involving funding for the construction of Holly Road between Crosstown Freeway and Greenwood Drive and the possible need to acquire additional property rights along said corridor to comply with said regulations and pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property because deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.
