Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to negotiations and potential litigation with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Texas Attorney General, and/or U.S. Department of Justice concerning the City's sanitary sewer system and/or water system, including consideration of fees for attorneys, engineers, and other expert witnesses assisting in defense of potential lawsuit(s).
