Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the City’s email system and computer network security, Texas Government Code 551.076 to deliberate security devices, personnel, and audit(s) related to the aforesaid matter(s), and Texas Government Code § 551.089 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices related to the aforesaid matter(s).
