Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to computer security matters and pursuant to Texas Government Code §§ 551.076 and 551.089 to discuss a security audit, security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology, network security information, and the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices.
