Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the potential acquisition of property on/near Greenwood Dr., and pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.072 to discuss and deliberate the potential purchase, exchange, lease, and/or value of real property interests when deliberation in open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with third person(s).
