Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the City Manager evaluation and the employment agreement therewith and Texas Government Code § 551.074 (personnel matters) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, or discipline of a public officer or employee (including, but not limited to, the City Manager).
